Keith Duffy and his wife Lisa have finally sold their lavish family home in Swords.
The Boyzlife star eventually found a buyer, after over a year on the market – having originally been priced at €1.3 million through Sherry Fitzgerald.
Unfortunately, the couple had to settle for €995k in the end, after purchasing the property back in 2004 for a reported €1 million.

The house is situated in a secure cul-de-sac development amongst 19 other houses, and features five bedrooms, a gym and an impressive converted garage – boasting a bar, pool table, as well as an impressive collection of music and sports memorabilia.
The Duffy family will now reside in Ballyboughal, in a property that Keith was hoping to purchase once the sale of their 2004 home went through.
The news comes after Keith Duffy revealed that he was sick to his stomach, after hearing comments made by the CEO of Irish Autism Action.Â
