Jedward to play a major role in Gemma Collins’ wedding to fiancé Rami Hawash

Gemma Collins has revealed Irish twins Jeward will play a major role in her wedding to Rami Hawash.

The reality TV icon has teased that her best pals would be walking her down the aisle on her big day.

Gemma told The Mirror: “They are my dog’s godfathers, after all. They’re honestly like family to me, I adore them.”

Rami added: “Jedward are like our kids and they’re so good to Tristan. They’re part of our family now.”

The Irish duo became fast friends with the former TOWIE star in 2021 when they filmed Angela Scanlon’s Ask Me Anything in Dublin together.

She also revealed that she plans to have three separate weddings.

She explained that she wants three ceremonies for her big day – the main one in the UK; a second taking place abroad; and then a final “formal one” for their closest family and friends.

The TOWIE star announced her engagement to Rami in February of this year.

The pair first found love 14 years ago, before splitting three years later.

They later rekindled their romance during lockdown, after Gemma broke up with ex-TOWIE star James Argent.

She took to her Instagram to share a sweet video of Rami’s proposal in the Maldives, and wrote: “A very beautiful moment I wanted to share with you all ❤️ I’m blown away and in a total love bubble right now ❤️”

Gemma also revealed to The Mirror that she is also planning to have several different wedding dresses.

She said: “I would love something similar to the lace one Lady Gaga wore in House Of Gucci. I might even go back to my roots and wear something really Essex-like and over the top.”

“At the moment I’m thinking something Italian-themed, then a ‘wow’ one with a huge train. I might even recreate Victoria Beckham’s wedding moment with the tiara, I loved that.”

She also insisted: “The thing is I don’t want to be stick thin, I just want to be healthy. I’ve got so much to look forward to and I want to feel amazing.”

The occasion is sure to be full of stars, as Gemma said she wants DJ Fat Tony to perform, and her old TOWIE co-stars will be on the guest list too.

According to The Sun, this is not the first time the pair have been engaged – 11 years ago Rami popped the question, but Gemma wasn’t ready to settle down at the time.

A source told the publication about their engagement this year: “Rami popped the question again in the Maldives, and Gemma had no idea it was coming, she was so shocked.”

“She is absolutely thrilled and she can’t believe it is finally happening.”

“Rami had flown out hundreds of roses and there were thousands of petals. She didn’t know what was happening until a huge platter of cakes came out and as Gemma started eating her mango dessert, Rami surprised her and said, ‘Look at that’.”

The pair are planning to get married in the winter of 2026, as Gemma revealed an astrologer advised her that it was the luckiest year to get married.
