Cian Healy has announced the birth of his first child.
The rugby player and his wife Laura Smith welcomed a baby boy on January 15th.
The couple kept Laura’s pregnancy under wraps, as fans had no idea they were even expecting.
Announcing the news on Instagram, Cian shared a photo of his son’s tiny feet.
He wrote: “I’ve been in awe of @ssssmithser for a very long time, even more so now having seen how she has taken to motherhood so well and proven that she is our family’s rock.”
“We welcomed baby Beau Healy to the world on 15th January and every day since we have been loving and learning. I could sit and stare at him all day long!”

Cian and Laura tied the knot in June 2019 at St. Joseph’s Church in Clifden, before hosting their lavish reception at Ballinahinch Castle.
The couple first dated when they were in school, but split in 2012.
Years later the pair reunited, and got engaged in 2017.
