Former Big Brother contestant Hazel O’Sullivan has said this years Big Brother stars should be careful.
The model who lasted an amazing 9 weeks in the famous house, told Goss.ie that her best advice is to stay true to yourself.
“The main thing I would say is don’t go in performing for an audience, you’ll be sorry. Some people are focused on that and it doesn’t work.

“After everything that happened the one thing I was happy about was that I showed the real me. I didn’t care about what people thought, I was just myself.
“And at the end of the day that worked for me because I lasted a long time.”
The stunning brunette also dished out some advice to the girls in the house.
Hazel famously had fall outs with multiple girls last series, including Charlie Travers and Gina Rio, after they ganged up on her.
“They are all going to be competing with each other. There is a lot of jealously in that house. My best advice is don’t get caught up in what the public think, all the tasks we had where they told us who was popular with the public, people got wrapped up in that.
While most Big Brother contestants have become famous for doing outrageous things in the house Hazel said new contestants should remember there is life after the show.

“There is 2 million people watching every night, and you have to remember there’s a life outside the house. So don’t do anything silly, you need to be careful, keep your humility,” she said.
Hazel will appear on Big Brother’s Bit On The Side at 10pm on Channel 5 tonight.
This year are a larger than normal amount of Irish girls applied to be on the show, after Hazel’s successful stint.
