Greg O’Shea has revealed what he did with his Love Island winnings.
The reality TV contestant scooped the £50,000 prize after winning the show with Amber Gill, and opted to split the prize money with her.
Speaking in his new role as a co-host on RTÉ 2fm, Greg told Doireann Garrihy how he spent his cash prize.
“It’s so boring, I just saved it,” he reported.
The rugby star explained that he was trying to make a smart investment, and is waiting for the exchange rate to improve before putting the money into his Irish account.
“I actually kept it in English bank account and waited for conversion rate to improve before bring it across.”
“I’m a boring old fart like that.”
Greg made his radio co-hosting debut on the Breakfast Show today.
The Love Island alum received mixed reviews from fans of the show on his performance.
