Xpose host Karen Koster has admitted she isn’t self-conscious anymore, thanks to her baby boy.
The TV3 presenter had her son Finn three months ago, and revealed she is so focused on her new role as mom, she doesn’t care about how she looks.
“I actually don’t feel any pressure,” she told Goss.ie.
“I think when I was working and I was watching myself on TV every evening, that’s when I was self-conscious.”

“But now I have time out, it’s time not to be thinking about what I look like or having to get my roots done,” she explained.
“Yesterday was the first time I put on fake tan in four months, I was thinking ‘it’s been so nice not having to do this’.
“If anything it’s been like the reverse, I’m not putting pressure on myself now,” she added.
Speaking at the Special K Live In Colour event, Â Karen stunned in an Emma Manley designed balloon dress.

Showing off her killer figure, Karen said she hasn’t been focused on losing weight.
“I’ve just been breast-feeding and walking the dog,” she said.
“I’m literally just eating cake and drinking coffee and trying to stay awake. I’m glad breast feeding worked for us, it doesn’t work for everyone.”
Just this week the busy mum was back in Xpose showing off baby Finn, and Karen said it was like she never left.

“It was lovely and it felt really normal to be back there again, I stayed there for about three hours and chatted to everyone,” she told Goss.ie.
“Initially I thought ‘I’m going to find this really weird’, but I’m not because I know what’s going on to get that show to what it is.
“I know how much hard work it takes, and I’m just enjoying my babymoon now.
“I’m kind of surprised about how much I feel like my old self,” she explained.

“Once you’ve got your work face on it doesn’t feel any different, everything just feels better.
“We just love him to bits. He’s just such good company which is strange to say about a three month.
“We literally have him in a bouncer beside us all the time, the poor thing doesn’t get much rest because we just want him out,” she added.
