This Morning star shares emotional update after splitting from unfaithful fiancé

This Morning star has shared an emotional update after splitting from her unfaithful fiancé.

Body confidence coach and author Michelle Elman, has revealed she’s split from her fiancé after a cheating incident.

The influencer opened up about the heartbreaking ordeal to her 261k followers on Instagram.

The TV personality made light of the fact she has made a career out of giving people advice about their love life and admits it is “deeply ironic now.”

Michelle shared a video of herself talking about how to end jealously, she said: “And yes I know a lot of my posts are deeply ironic now.”

“The hazard of posting online but at least you can’t say I don’t practice what I preach. Good riddance exactly.”

In the video, Michelle says: “I’ve never understood jealously, I always find it a compliment because if someone is hitting on someone I’m with I’m like, cute – you can try, won’t happen.”

“And you know what, even if it does happen? Good riddance. Thanks for taking him off my hands.”

In her emotional post, Michelle said: “All this f*****g sucks, I was engaged for 24 hours”.

Speaking at home, she said: “I don’t know how to make this video so I’m just going to get into it.

“The last you heard from me I was engaged and I’m not anymore.”

“The day I posted that engagement photo is the day I found out he had been cheating on me and one of the women he was cheating on me with actually followed me and that’s how I found out.”

“She’s a lovely woman, and she didn’t know, and you’ve got to love his taste in women.”

“You’ve got to laugh. We’re laughing and crying a lot over here.”

The TV life coach continued: “The main thing people say with cheating is ‘did you know’ and obviously not because I said yes to marrying him… If someone wants to actively deceive you they will.”

“When it comes to life coaches there’s this illusion that we’re perfect, that we’re all knowing or we have our lives together, that’s not true, I’ve always said we are five steps ahead and that’s how we are able to teach people.”

As she broke down in tears, she continued: “My own life coach says we never let a good crisis go to waste, and this is a crisis.”

“I think I am a good life coach because I f*** up more than you.”

Sobbing, she said: “I’ll rephrase that I didn’t f**k up he did. He f****d up a really good thing. And it was a really good thing.”

She signed off her post positively and stated that she still believed in love and told people to “keep hope.”

The star added: “The last thing I want to say is please don’t go searching for him, my friends are calling him a d*****d and an a******e that’s not the place that I am in, it’s not making me feel better.”

“This was a person I loved for many years and I do still love.”

“Frankly I wouldn’t be a life coach if I didn’t believe people could learn.”

Michelle thanked the other woman for coming forward so soon.

She replied to one comment from a follower who said: “he did you a favour”.

Michelle said: “He didn’t do me a favour, she did. I have so much respect for the bravery she had to DM an hour after my post had gone live.”
