Suzanne Jackson has revealed her plans for her and her bridesmaids hair for her wedding day.
The beauty entrepreneur is busy preparing for her big day that will take place August 5th in Skerries. The reception will then be held in the stunning Powerscourt Hotel in Co.Wicklow.
Suzanne got engaged to long time love Dylan in December 2015 during a lavish holiday to the Maldives and since then, she has been keeping us posted on all things wedding-related via her blog.
Most recently, Suzanne took to the wedding blog to discuss her hair plans. While she is remaining tight lipped about her chosen style, she has divulged which hairdressers she has chosen for her bridal party of 10.
Suzanne said, “Hair is a BIG deal and unless my hair is done right, I don’t feel like myself, and if it’s done wrong, I just can’t relax, so as you can imagine, I was really eager to get just the right style sorted for my big day”.
The brunette beauty went on to say that she has a large bridal party consisting of 10 ladies, “There’s 5 bridesmaids and 3 flower girls, and then of course there’s myself and my mam. That’s ten heads in total!”
“To have one hairdresser do ten heads, in the one house on the morning of my wedding would just be manic! So I have decided to book the bridal party into a B&B in Skerries, and they will have their hair and makeup taken care of there on the morning of the wedding”.
With her bridesmaids and flowergirls taken care of, Suzanne and her mother will get their make-up and hair done in her mother’s house.
With the plan of action sorted, Sue then had to decide which stylists she would enlist for the mammoth task of styling ten heads on her wedding morning.
The bride-to-be said, “For the bridesmaids and flowergirls, I needed to choose a hairstylist I could fully trust; one whom I knew could style their hair to absolute perfection without me having to go to B&B afterwards to make sure it was right.
“This is why I chose Jane from Red Velvet and two members of of her team, April and Stacey. I don’t think I would trust anyone else!”.
The blogger sought help from people in the industry, “particularly bridal makeup artists”, as to who their favourite wedding hairstylist was. The 32 year old went on to reveal that she has chosen hair stylist Joanne Kelly to style her and her mother’s hair on the day.

Commenting on how she knew Joanne was the right stylist for her, she said, “The hair trial was exactly what I wanted and turned out exactly how I envisioned it, if not better! I was just so over the moon”
“I’m so excited now to have her doing my hair for my wedding in August! And I’m really happy to have one more thing ticked off the to-do list”.
While the top blogger has divulged various details about her wedding, she has remained secretive about her chosen dress style. We cannot wait to see the photos from Suzanne’s big day.
