Opening up about his daily grooming routine, the HBO star was asked if he partakes in the fine art of ‘manscapping’.

Although an ambassador for Dolce & Gabbana’s Intenso fragrance, it seems as though Colin’s beauty knowledge is quite limited.

“I’m terrible, I have no knowledge of labels and fragrance names,” he frankly admitted.

However, there’s one thing the Phonebooth actor knows and that’s the emotional impact of scent when speaking about his late friend Elizabeth Taylor.

Familiar scent: Colin spoke about his late friend Elizabeth Taylor and her perfume

“My friend Elizabeth Taylor used to wear a particular perfume – I’m not sure what it was – but since she passed away a couple of years ago, I’ve only smelt it twice, and it’s a real head-spinner.

That’s how fragrance works – it inspires some sense of nostalgia, it ignites comfort or familiarity.”
