Cliona Hagan has revealed the lavish venue she’s chosen for her wedding to Simon Sheerin this summer.
The couple, who got engaged in December 2020, will exchange vows at a church in Westmeath before hosting their wedding reception at Kilronan Castle in Co. Roscommon.
Speaking to RSVP Country, the country music singer said: “We can’t wait to get married in the eyes of God. That is very important to the two of us and all of our families too.”
“I will be very nervous walking down the aisle and although I perform on stage I am actually a shy person. I also get embarrassed very easily.”
“I know everyone will be looking at my dress but I will be fine once I get to the altar and see Simon.”
Cliona and Simon dated for two years before she made their romance Instagram official in December 2020.
Weeks later, the country music star shocked fans by announcing their engagement.

Simon proposed to Cliona by their favourite lake, Lough Ree in Co. Westmeath, where he set up a stunning flower arch and candles.
During a previous interview with RSVP Live, Cliona said Simon was a “private person” when she was asked why she kept his identity hidden for so long.
The 32-year-old explained: “It was never a big secret, it just wasn’t my thing to tell people.”
The couple are will tie the knot in May 2022, and the songstress is set to wear a bespoke dress by designer Geraldine O’Meara.
