Celine Dion wished Pat Kenny congratulations on his Lifetime Achievement Award – in a surprising message during the IFTAs.
The presenter won the conveted award at the glitzy ceremony, and surprised the audience witha special message from the superstar.
The singer sent in a personal video message to the former Late Late Show host.

Celine talked about her fond memories of working with Pat on the Eurovison in 1988.
Speaking to Goss.ie at the ceremony, Pat said he was “shocked” by the supportive message fromt he singer.
“When you are given an award from IFTA it is representative by your peers and those are the accolades I appreciate most,” the Dubliner admitted about his win.
“I took the road less travelled by and that has made all the difference.”
