Anna Geary has announced the death of her beloved father Michael.
The former Cork camogie star took to Instagram on Wednesday to share the heartbreaking news, revealing her dad passed away last week.
Alongside a series of photos, Anna wrote: “Rest easy Dad💔 How has it been a week. 16-03-2022.”

A host of well-known faces took to the comment section to offer Anna their condolences.
Social media star Tadhg Fleming wrote: “So sorry to hear Anna 😩Thoughts and prayers to you and the fam ❤️”

Michael’s funeral took place at Milford Church in Cork last weekend.
