Amanda Byram has finally opened up about her new beau.
The TV star has been dating male model Julian Okines for over a year and has insisted she never intentionally kept their relationship a secret.
“People keep saying, why did you keep him a secret and I’m like, well, I haven’t. It’s just been subtle, his name is Julian. I just haven’t talked about it,” she told Goss.ie.

Speaking at the 2015 IFTA Awards, the Dublin native revealed that she likes to go to events by herself, however her boyfriend has now started tagging along to show his support.
“I do go to a lot of things by myself and I don’t want to always drag him to stuff but he loves being in Ireland. I was hosting the Pride Of Ireland last week which he came to, he loves to be supportive.”
Despite the relationship being kept under wraps for so long, Amanda divulged that Julian is comfortable in the spotlight.

“He’s fine with it. He was a model forever so he’s used to the cameras. He takes it all in stride, but we are a little uncomfortable with the togetherness,” she told Goss.ie.
“We were asked would we like to come and do a double interview and we just said ‘No!'”
The Irish beauty also admitted that she feels a little guilty that she can no longer fly the flag for single women.
“I feel guilty. I felt like I was that woman who was flying the flag for single women, so to speak.”
