Eleanor Tomlinson has admitted that Aidan Turner is fed up of the attention that followed after his famous shirtless scene in Poldark.
The hit TV show has a strong following but made headlines in 2015 for the actor’s infamous shirtless scything scene in the BBC show.
The actress said that she hopes things calm down a bit, saying “I think Aidan, bless him, is getting a bit fed up with it.”

The Londoner revealed that the show is more than just that one scene and praises Aidan’s acting talent.
“Poldark is about so much more than that one thing,” she told the Sunday Telegraph.
“And although of course it’s dream publicity for the show and it certainly grabbed people’s attention, they didn’t want it to be known just for that.”
”I mean, Aidan’s a beautiful man – absolutely gorgeous – but I think he would like to be recognised for his performance, and I would like to stop being asked about his chest.”
