WATCH: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle surprise young leaders with sweet phone calls

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have surprised a group of young leaders with a sweet phone call.

In a video shared on Wednesday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were seen calling some recipients of the first-ever Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund grants.

The clip was filmed in garden of the couple’s £12million mansion in California, where they live with their two children – Archie, 4, and Lilibet, 2.

In the video, Meghan and Harry thanked Sneha Revanur of Encode Justice for helping make the world a better place.

Harry, 38, said: “Thank you for doing everything that you do. Our kids especially are incredibly grateful.”

Meghan, 41, added with a laugh: “They don’t know it yet, but they will!”

Meghan and Harry’s Archewell Foundation is a founding member of the Responsible Technology Youth Power Fund.

According to People, the fund is a philanthropic initiative dedicated to supporting youth and intergenerational-led organisations shaping the future of the responsible technology movement earlier this year.

Meghan and Harry, who tied the knot in 2018, stepped down from their roles as senior working members of the Royal Family in 2020.
