Queen Elizabeth has cancelled two more virtual events amid her Covid-19 battle.
The 95-year-old tested positive for the virus over the weekend, is isolating in Windsor Castle while she recovers.
On Thursday, Buckingham Palace announced that the British monarch was postponing two virtual audiences planned for today to focus on her health.
They shared in a statement: “Her Majesty is continuing with light duties,” adding that no other engagements are currently scheduled for this week.
The palace also confirmed that the Queen held her weekly telephone audience with prime minister Boris Johnson on Wednesday evening.
The royal, who is understood to be triple vaccinated, is said to be experiencing “mild cold-like symptoms”.
