Broadcaster Zara King has celebrated her bridal shower with some of her Virgin Media family.
The journalist announced her engagement in September 2023 in a sweet Instagram post.
Zara shared a video of the couple’s picturesque drive in Connemara, followed by a photo of her beautiful ring.

In her caption, she wrote: “A little bit of news from #Connemara this weekend”
The broadcaster has kept her relationship private, and doesn’t share the identity of her partner.
However, Zara confirmed her romance in May 2023, and the couple have been together for nearly two years.
To celebrate her bridal shower, the journalist was joined by her friends and family, including fellow Virgin Media presenter- Muireann O’Connell.
Posting a gorgeous photo of her and her three bridesmaids, Zara wrote: “#BridalShower Weekend 💗💍👰🏼♀️ #Bridesmaids”
The four women posed in matching pink striped pyjamas as Zara stood out in a white veil in her cosy clothes.

Ireland AM host Muireann O’Connell also shared snaps from the weekend, including a stunning snap of the balloon display at the hen.
The pink, white and gold display featured the words: “Zara’s Bridal Shower” followed by the date “18/05/24” across them.
Following her engagement announcement, the bride-to-be received plenty of well-wishes in the comment section.
Muireann O’Connell quipped: “An actual wedding!” a nod to her own long engagement.
