Ryan Gosling has revealed that his daughters and his wife Eva Mendes gave him tips ahead of his I’m Just Ken performance at the 2024 Oscars.
The Barbie actor took to the stage alongside his fellow Kens from the box-office hit film.
Ryan sang the Oscar-nominated song alongside an appearance from guitarist Slash, songwriters Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt and 65 Kens.

Speaking to PEOPLE, after his show-stopping performance, he said: “It was great.”
“It was so fun because they came to the dress rehearsal the day before and so they were in the front row.”
He continued: “They gave me some tips and some notes, all great notes.”
“They are such a huge part of this for me…it was my girl’s interest in Barbie and disinterest in Ken that got me into this in the first place. It was beautiful to have them there at the end.”
During the performance, the 43-year-old made his way down to the front row where he got Barbie director Greta Gerwig, Margot Robbie and America Ferrera to sing along, as well as his La La Land costar Emma Stone.
I’m Just Ken lost out on the award for Best Original Song, with What Was I Made For? by Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas taking home the gold statuette.
