The Blurred Lines singer is being accused of domestic violence

Robin Thicke has temporarily lost custody of his son to his ex-wife Paula Patton, according to reports.

The judge also issued Paula temporary domestic violence restraining order against the singer, which orders him to stay away from her, their son and her mother.

A few weeks ago, the actress accused her ex-husband of “excessive spanking” of their 6-year-old child, which the Blurred Lines singer denied.

According to a court order obtained by E! News, there was a specific finding by the judge that Robin “has a history of domestic violence.”

In Paula’s declaration also obtained by E! News, the actress included allegations of cheating and physical abuse.

Including instances when the singer “kicked, pushed and hit a petitioner with an open fist.” There will be further proceedings in the next three months.
