Pamela Anderson to ‘set the record straight’ in new Netflix documentary

A Pamela Anderson documentary is coming to Netflix.

The streaming giant shared the exciting news on Wednesday evening, revealing the former Baywatch star will “set the record straight” in the film about her personal and professional life.

Netflix tweeted: “Pamela Anderson is ready to tell her story in a new documentary.”

“The film, which has been in the making for several years, will feature the pop culture icon setting the record straight as she looks back on her professional path and her personal journey,” they added.

Pamela said of the upcoming documentary: “My life. A thousand imperfections. A million misperceptions. Wicked, wild and lost. Nothing to live up to. I can only surprise you. Not a victim, but a survivor. And alive to tell the real story.”

The as-yet-untitled documentary will feature exclusive access to the Canadian-American actress as well as to her personal journals.

The news comes following the release of Hulu’s series Pam & Tommy, starring Lily James and Sebastian Stan, which documents Pamela and Tommy Lee’s infamous sex tape.

The activist was married to the Mötley Crüe drummer from 1995 until 1998, and the former couple share two sons together – Brandon Thomas and Dylan Jagger.

Pamela was also briefly married to Kid Rock in 2006, before she married and divorced professional poker player Rick Salomon twice — in 2007 and 2013.

The model split from her fourth husband Dan Hayhurst earlier this year, after just one year of marriage.
