Olivia Rodrigo has revealed that she got caught “stalking” her ex boyfriend.
Olivia famously dated her High School Musical: The Musical: The Series co-star Joshua Bassett in 2019, who inspired her record-breaking debut single Drivers License.
Following their split, the songstress had romances with producer Adam Faze and DJ Zack Bia and was most recently rumoured to be dating British actor, Louis Partridge.
The singer-songwriter appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Friday night.
On the show, she told the host: “I had this very embarrassing encounter once, where I was stalking my ex, as one does, sue me, I’m sorry.”
“And I.. I accidently followed him because I was stalking him and I was just following one person so it was super obvious that I was following him and my friend ran into my room and was like ‘Oh my god, did you mean to follow him? Like unfollow him?’.”

She continued: “And I went and grabbed my phone and I’m like ‘Oh shoot, oh my god’ and I went to open the Instagram account and the second that I opened the app, my phone died.”
“So I was just following my ex for a while.”
The 20-year-old told Jimmy how the accident led her fans to believe that the star’s social media was ‘hacked.’
The star then said that she has a “finsta” now to avoid the incident ever reoccurring.
