A nightclub employee is threatening to sue Drake and Younes Benjima after a viscous attack.
Yesterday footage emerged of Younes attacking a nightclub employee in March.
The CCTV video showed the model beating Bennett Sipes as he entered the club.
The 25-year-old was not the only person to be involved in the brawl as he was surrounded by a group of friends, which included Drake.
According to TMZ, the altercation was sparked due to Bennett witnessing American footballer, Odell Beckham Jr., flirting with his girlfriend.
Although Bennett was an employee of the nightclub, he was not working on that particular night.
He reportedly exchanged words with the American footballer and the situation got heated.
At around 2:30AM Drake, Odell, Younes and their friends were leaving the club and spotted Bennett, who shouted something at the group.
Things then kicked off, as Younes viscously attacked Bennett while Odell and Drake stood by.
Another man joined in with the beating of the employee, which Bennett’s lawyer believes is a member of Drake or Odell’s security team.
Bennett is now taking legal action against Younes and Drake/Odell, as he reportedly only saw the footage of his attack yesterday.
The employee was beaten quite badly and is still undergoing physical therapy as a result of the attack.
