Almost two weeks after welcoming her third child, Chicago, via surrogate – the reality star has taken to Instagram to flaunt her curves.
The mother-of-three posed in nothing but a pair of sparkly crystal-encrusted Tom Ford underpants as she snapped a sexy pic in her bathroom mirror.
Still donning her icy-blonde locks, the picture has gained almost 4 million likes in less than 24 hours.
The photo is a major throwback to March 2016, when Kim posted another mirror selfie in which just two black bars covered her modesty.
At the time, the picture caused a lot of controversy and sparked discussion over the parallels between sexuality and feminism.
