Justin Timberlake’s wife Jessica Biel has been spotted out in public for the first time since his arrest.
In photos obtained by MailOnline, it was business as usual for the actress as she filmed scenes for upcoming Amazon series The Better Sister in New York City.
However, the 42-year-old appeared tense on set in between her takes.
Jessica was photographed just hours after her husband Justin was officially charged with driving while intoxicated following his arrest.
The 43-year-old was detained by the police on Monday night in Sag Harbor in the Hamptons.
The Cry Me A River singer appeared in court on Tuesday afternoon.
The pop star has two upcoming shows in Chicago later this week, followed by back-to-back shows at Madison Square Garden in New York City next week.
A source told the Daily Mail that the singer had been out for dinner with friends and was pulled over shortly after leaving the group around midnight.
The source told the: “Justin was out to dinner with friends and there were cop cars stationed outside the restaurant like there are most nights.”
“They look for people who are leaving after midnight who might have been drinking.”
“Justin left at 12:30AM and was pulled over as soon as he left. Nobody was hurt and there was no drama at the scene.

The 43-year-old was arraigned on Tuesday, June 18, and released without bail.
Justin was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated.
“The charge was a single count because he refused the breath test,” his lawyer, Ed Burke, told Us Weekly.
“Mr Timberlake was also charged with two other court citations, running a stop sign and not travelling in the correct traffic lane.”
The singer has been married to Jessica since 2012, and the couple share two sons Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4.
On Sunday, Jessica used her Instagram to wish her husband a Happy Father’s Day.
One image showed the Tennessee-born singer kissing the side of her head in a selfie, while the other showed Justin with their two kids.
