Chester Bennington has been laid to rest in a private funeral in Los Angeles.
According to TMZ, the ceremony took place in the South Coast Botanic Gardens near his home in Palos Verdes, and was attended by a couple hundred people, including his family, friends, and bandmates.
Fans were left devastated when the Linkin Park frontman was found dead at his home at 9am on Thursday, July 20.
Chester’s wife Talinda paid tribute to her late husband in a heartbreaking statement after news of his death broke.

“One week ago, I lost my soulmate and my children lost their hero – their Daddy. We had a fairytale life and now it has turned into some sick Shakespearean tragedy.
“How do I move on? How do I pick up my shattered soul? The only answer I know is to raise our babies with every ounce of love I have left. I want to let my community and the fans worldwide know that we feel your love. We feel your loss as well.”
Chester is survived by his wife of 11 years Talinda, their twin daughters and son, and his three children from previous relationships.
