Jeremy McConnell and Stephanie Davis have finally appeared on Loose Women in their first TV appearance as a couple since Celebrity Big Brother.
The couple cancelled their originally scheduled appearance earlier this week after splitting up for a brief period – but the controversial pair have finally explained that their brief break-up was just a “misunderstanding”.
Appearing on Loose Women on ITV, Stephanie said, “I said basically ‘I can’t do this, like, us being apart… and he took it as if I had ended it with him so he was like ‘that’s it, I can’t believe it I’ve been mugged off.

“But I didn’t mean that. And then I was having a Bridget Jones moment and he was angry at me because he thought I had ended it, which I understand how it came across.
“It was just a misunderstanding,” she stressed.
Speaking about the reports of them being on and off again, Jeremy admitted that he knows they both looked like “muppets”.
“If I was looking at that from the outside, I would say ‘what a bunch of muppets’,” he added.
