PICS: Girl Boss Marissa Carter picks up Outstanding Achievement Award

Marissa Carter picked up an Outstanding Achievement Award last week, for her success with tanning brand, Cocoa Brown.

The beauty guru picked up the award at the 40th Anniversary Galligan Beauty Group Recognising Excellence Awards.

These inaugural awards were created to recognise those dedicated professionals who are true to the Galligan College ethos of raising the bar and contributing greatly to the social fabric and wider economy.

A mix of beauty academics and industry professionals gathered in the fabulous surroundings of The Radisson Blu Royal Hotel.

Meanwhile, Sinead Cady, aka The Make-up Chair, was also spotted on the night – and picked up the award for Best Beauty Blogger.

Blogger and Ireland AM fashion reporter Ciara O’Doherty was also there on the night, as she presented the awards to all the worthy winners.
