Limerick beauty Judy Fitzgerald is about to make the big time – after landing a spot in New York Fashion Week.
The qualified nurse who was crowned Miss Bikini Ireland will walk in a prestigious fashion show, after being personally invited.
Judy, 24, impressed judges when she competed in Swimsuit USA International in Mexico.
“I’m excited. The family are all delighted. They can’t wait and neither can I,” Judy revealed.

“I’m spending Valentine’s in New York. You’d never know, I might meet a celebrity,” she told the Herald.
Judy flew to New York today and will be staying in the luxurious five-star Crown Plaza in Times Square.
“I’ll receive my fittings on Saturday and I’m in the finale on the Sunday. I’m really looking forward to it. It’s a dream come true.
“Hopefully I’ll make a lot more work connections and meet loads of interesting people,” she said.
“Everyone in it is a supermodel. E News are going to be at it so hopefully it’ll raise my profile.”
