Brian McFadden has asked Nicky Byrne to make up for his failures – when he competes in the Eurovision this May.
The former Westlife star previously attempted to get a track into the Eurovision when he penned the song If My World Stopped Turning.
The track was entered into the Eurovision in 2004 with Chris Doran singing the tune, but Ireland came in 22nd place that year.
Taking to Twitter to wish Nicky better luck than he had, Brian asked Nicky to do a better job than him.
I wrote the Irish entry for Eurovision in 2004. Secured a whopping total of …..1pt! My boy @NickyByrne please redeem my failures and win!!

This week Nicky revealed that as well as signing up for the Eurovision, he also landed a record deal with Universal Music.
