Aidan Gillen’s upcoming movie You’re Ugly Too has received critical acclaim at the Galway Film Fleadh.
The new indie movie starring the Love/Hate star alongside Lauren Kinsella were given the Best Irish First Feature Film award at the annual film festival this weekend.
The story follows Stacey (Kinsella) who moves in with her uncle Will (Gillen) after her mother’s death to a remote region in the Irish midlands.

As the two cautiously get to know each other,they “have to deal with the dark shadows of the past.”
Other winners at the festival included Oscar nominated animated flick Song of The Sea which scooped the award for Best Irish Feature Film.
