The Cry Me A River singer appeared in court on Tuesday afternoon

The pop star has two upcoming shows in Chicago later this week, followed by back-to-back shows at Madison Square Garden in New York City next week.

“Justin left at 12:30AM and was pulled over as soon as he left. Nobody was hurt and there was no drama at the scene.

The 43-year-old was arraigned on Tuesday, June 18, and released without bail.

Justin was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated.

“The charge was a single count because he refused the breath test,” his lawyer, Ed Burke, told Us Weekly.

“Mr Timberlake was also charged with two other court citations, running a stop sign and not travelling in the correct traffic lane.”

The 43-year-old singer is currently on the US leg of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour – his first in five years.

Seats towards the back of Hersheypark Stadium, Pennsylvania, for Justin’s July 4 show are now just $16.

Justin’s tour has failed to sell out in nearly every location, however, his O2 Arena shows has only limited tickets available and hasn’t been affected by price drops.

The singer is due back in court on July 26, the same date as the start of his world tour in Poland, which caused tension amongst his crew that the 43-year-old would not be able to perform.

An insider told the U.S. Sun that the former NSYNC star spoke on a long conference call following the shock arrest.

“He made sure that this arrest didn’t create tension in the crew, he reacted like a boss, like someone who owns his s**t,” said the insider.

“He said sorry for bringing this kind of attention to the team. Everyone was happy to hear what he said.”
