TV presenter Laura Whitmore could be hosting a new series of Celebrity Love Island.
The bubbly blonde revealed today that she is leaving MTV News after seven years of working there, and now rumours are swirling that she is set to front her own ITV series.
2FM presenter Nicky Byrne revealed live on air today that an industry pal had heard Laura could be set to host Celebrity Love Island.

The last season was won by Irish bad boy Calum Best and Bianca Gascoigne, and was hosted by Fearne Cotton.
“I just got a text and it was suggested Laura Whitmore could host Love Island,” Nicky said.
“(Laura( didn’t text me, and it’s not Louis (Walsh) but someone has said it to me.”
Since her role on MTV Laura has worked for ITV2 hosting the Brits, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here Now! and she auditioned to become the new Xtra Factor host.
