Dancing With The Stars is expected to return to RTÉ One next year.
While the series is yet to be given the green light, a host of famous faces have already been linked to the line-up.
According to BoyleSports, there’s been particular interest surrounding Ireland’s golden couple Brian O’Driscoll and Amy Huberman in recent days.
The bookies received some unusual requests for both lovebirds to take part in the new series, with the odds beginning to plummet soon after they were made available.
It was originally chalked up at a remote 200/1, but has since been slashed into 50/1.
Another rugby star tipped to take part in the new series is Rory Best.
The former Ireland captain was as big as 20/1 to take part, but has since been cut into 10/1.
Sarah Kinsella, spokesperson for BoyleSports said: “Everyone loves Brian O’Driscoll and Amy Huberman and it would be fascinating if they both took part in Dancing with the Stars.”
“Punters are loving the idea so much so that we’ve cut the odds into 50/1 from 200/1 and Rory Best is another in the frame after crumbling into 10/1 from 20/1.”
