Marnie Simpson’s plastic surgery caused her to get stopped at passport control in the airport.
The Geordie Shore star was on her way back from Ayia Napa with Ex On The Beach star Helen Briggs, when she ran into trouble.
The automatic gates at passport control failed to recognise her face due the difference between her passport photo and what her face looks like now following two nose jobs.
Helen Briggs, who is dating Marnie’s boyfriend’s brother, posted an Instagram story of the star’s struggle captioned, “When you don’t match your passport picture anymore.”
After being unhappy with the first rhinoplasty she went under the knife again last week, travelling all the way to LA for the procedure.
The TV personality has spoken openly with her followers about her struggles with plastic surgery.
Marnie opened up to her followers about her decision to get the second surgery saying, “I’ve had previous surgeries and it left me feeling unhappy and struggling to breathe so I know choosing the right doctor is majorly important!”
She said the issues she had after her first surgery “left [her] feeling stressed and anxious” so she decided to seek out a surgeon in the USA.
Delighted with her new nose, she told her followers it “helped me breathe better and made me feel so much more confident In myself!”
