Niall Horan is expected to hit the number one spot on next week’s Billborad 200 chart, with his debut solo album dominating since it’s release.
Flicker, the debut solo album from Niall was released last week on October 20th, and since then it has shot up the charts, with industry experts anticipating the young Irish man to sit on the number one spot.
The ex One Direction star took to Twitter to announce the release of his debut album and revealed how personal and intimate his solo album is.
“This is the first time I’ve put my thoughts and emotions on paper and then onto record and it feels really good”.

If Flicker debuts at No. 1, Niall will become the third member of the pop group One Direction to seal a No. 1 debut solo album, with Zayn claiming the spot with Mind of Mine in 2016, and Harry Styles stealing the spot with his self-titled debut solo album earlier this year.
The top 10 of the November dated Billboard 200 chart (where we hope Niall will debut at No. 1) will be revealed on Billboard’s websites on October 29th.
