Lucy Kennedy has announced that she’s expecting her third child on The Seven O’Clock Show this evening.
The presenter will welcome her third child around Christmas time later this year, and said that herself and husband Richard Governey are thrilled.
“We are absolutely thrilled and very excited to announce that Baby number 3 is in my tummy!” she beamed.

“Jack and Holly are very proud and excited and keep offering me their toys for the baby! We’re due around Christmas Eve, please God. We can’t wait.”
Producers behind The Seven O’Clock Show will now be on the hunt for a suitable replacement for Lucy while she’s on maternity leave later this year.
Lucy hosts The Seven O’ Clock Show with Martin King Monday – Thursday at 7pm on TV3.
