Meghan Markle’s Instagram was reactivated.

The former actress deactivated her account after she got engaged to Prince Harry in 2017, as core members of the royal family are not permitted to have social media accounts.

The 37-year-old’s verified account, with over three million followers, was temporarily reactivated today with all of the Duchess’ photos reappearing on the social media platform.

While fans excitedly rushed to her account with the hopes the royal was returning to Instagram, Meghan’s profile was quickly shut down once again.

A royal source has since told The Mirror that the account was reactivated due to a “technical issue.”

Meghan was always an avid user of the social media platform, as she regularly posted photos and videos from her daily life.
