A witness of the alleged sexual harassment Ryan Seacrest subjected his stylist, Suzy Hardy, to over a number of years has spoken to Today.
“Unwanted sexual aggression” including “grinding his erect penis against her while clad only in his underwear, groping her vagina, and at one point slapping her buttock so hard that it left a large welt still visible hours later.”
Ryan Seacrest is still denying the claims and an internal investigation found insufficient evidence to back up the claims made by Hardy.
However, Hardy wasn’t happy the impartiality of the investigation and claimed the investigator didn’t even contact four witnesses she made known to him who could corroborate the way Seacrest treated her.
Since the initial report was made, Hardy’s attorney has put Today in contact with one of these sources.
The man they were put in touch with confirmed he had seen incidents of sexual harrassment committed by Seacrest.
He needed to remain anonymous as he still works in showbiz in Hollywood and ‘fears retaliation’.
Seacrest is extremely powerful in Hollywood, as well as his presenting work, he is very heavily involved behind the scenes, as an excutive producer for some big shows.
These include; Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Life of Kylie, Kourtney and Kim Take Miami and E! Live From The Red Carpet.
The news channel have verified that the man worked with Seacrest and that he saw him “behave inappropriately toward stylist, Suzie Hardy on multiple occasions”.
“She would go to tie his shoe and Ryan would shove her head toward his crotch. I saw that more than once.”
The witness vividly remembers another incident which occurred before a 2008 Oscars red carpet special.
Seacrest was being dressed by Hardy at the Roosevelt Hotel when the source saw another act of harassment.
“The doors to the bedroom opened and Seacrest was holding Hardy in a bear hug.”
“Get off of me!” a ‘visibly shaken’ Suzy shouted as she tried to escape his grasp.
“I saw a visibly erect penis in his underwear.”
The witness urged Suzy to report Seacrest to human resources at the time.
When she eventually found the courage to do this in 2013, after over five years of working with Seacrest, her employment was terminated.
Ryan’s girlfriend, a 25-year-old model who met Ryan(43) when she was a teenager, has come to his defense on Instagram.
“I love you so much Ryan. You are the most respectful, well mannered, civil, gracious, loving, kind human being. I have known you for 6 years and every day you impress me with your kindness”.
The comments under Shayna Taylor’s post are an outpouring of support for Seacrest and accusations that Hardy made up the claims.
