Kevin Spacey will not face charges over a 1992 sexual assault claim.
The actor was accused of sexually assaulting a man in October 1992, but the case has been dropped due to the amount of time that has passed since the alleged assault.
The 26 years which have passed means that the case is outside California’s statute of limitations.
The 59-year-old is currently being investigated in the U.S. after he reportedly attacked a man in 2016.
The former House of Cards actor is also being investigated in the U.K. over six sexual assault claims.
