Jeremy McConnell has confirmed that he has split from Stephanie Davis following cheating allegations.
The Celebrity Big Brother star admitted that Stephanie ended it with him after she found out he bedded a nightclub dancer the night before the CBB final – but remained adamant that there relationship was never a “showmance”.
“What we have was real, it wasn’t showmance, nothing like that,” he revealed on RTÉ’s Today show.

“What happens when you get evicted is you get personal appearances, and I went down to Newcastle, and I ended up with a girl that night. But this was before me and Steph finally got into a relationship.
“In my head, she had a boyfriend. We were going to talk when she got out, and that’s just the honest truth.”
When asked if him and Stephanie have split up for good this time, Jeremy didn’t confirm or deny whether they would get back together – but said that he loves her.
“Steph is in Majorca at the moment. The way she’s put it is she’s split up with me…Â I love the girl to bits,” he said.

Speaking to presenters Dáithi Ó Sé and Maura Derrane, the Irish model also spoke about his family’s heartache following the loss of his mother, brother and sister within 15 months when he was just a teenager.
“When I was 15, there were a few tragic deaths in family in the space of a year and a year and a half,” he revealed.
“I lost my mum, brother and sister within that short time.”
