Victoria Beckham received a lot of criticism about her facial expression at the royal wedding last week but she’s taken it well.
The former Spice Girl didn’t look too impressed to be attending the celebration but she has assured fans she wasn’t feeling as glum as she looked.
Taking to Instagram she joked that she was “smiling on the inside”, as she promoted one of the new sweatshirts in her clothing range.
She captioned the post, “When you’re smiling on the inside As the sweatshirt says!! Let your sweatshirt do the talking – get yours now exclusively at my website and #VBDoverSt x VB #DarkButHappyPlace”
Despite not looking too happy to be there she did enjoy the royal nuptials, tweeting after the service about how it made her feel proud.
“Congratulations, an amazing day. So proud to be British! Thank you so much for including @davidbeckham and I. We are so honoured and so happy for you both. x vb.”
