Laura Anderson has hit back at her ex, Paul Knops’, claims that she cheated on him.
The Love Island star suspects that the timeline of their relationship may have overlapped with her new relationship with Max Morley.
In an interview with FUBAR on Thursday night, Paul accused the 28-year-old of cheating on him with Max.
A spokesperson for Laura has now spoken out about the claims, as they told the MailOnline: “It’s total nonsense, Paul broke up with her and weeks later she spoke to Max and then weeks after that they met up.”
“I read something that said she had been dating him for quite a few weeks so…” Paul had told FUBAR.
When asked if he thought Laura cheated, he replied: “I don’t know if she had. I really don’t know.”
“I mean, it’s fine. I made the decision so essentially if she goes and meets someone the next day, she’s entitled to. You know?”
The 31-year-old confirmed that it was his decision to end the relationship: “It was my decision to split from Laura – I said to her let’s make it a mutual decision so we could both move on and she didn’t get hurt.”
In recent Instagram Stories, Laura seemed to be loved up with Max, despite the cheating rumours.
