Danny Dyer is delighted that his daughter Dani has waited to have sex with Jack Fincham, while they build their relationship on the ITV2 hit show, Love Island.
He also revealed that his wife Joanne Mas revealed cries when she watches her daughter in the villa.
Speaking to The Mirror, the 41-year-old actor said he’s proud of Dani’s behaviour on the show and believes she is a role model for young girls.
“She has spun it on its head and she has not f****ed about under the quilts once,” Danny told The Mirror before gushing, “She is a role model for young kids. She doesn’t need to do that.”
The hardman went on to say, “the best wife’ after seeing him and Joanne going through ‘difficult times’ in their relationship.”
He said: “It would be lovely if her and Jack would walk down the aisle but who knows, let’s meet the f****** geezer first.”
“Dani is so sweet and lovely, honest and funny.”
Joanne told The Sun Danny has struggled to hold back the tears watching his daughter, as they prepare to meet Jack Fincham in the Meet The Parents segment of the show.
Joanne said, “Big Dan is really emotional. He’s found it so hard being away from Dani.”
“He keeps saying to me, ‘Babe, I’m ready for her to come home now. I miss her.””
The penultimate episode f Love Island airs tonight on 3e at 9pm.
