Irish rugby star Simon Zebo has taken on Bruce Willis’ iconic Die Hard role in an hilarious Irish action spoof – Try Hard.
Channelling his inner John McClane, the sports star hilariously takes on a dozen dastardly villains hell bent on stealing Elverys consignment of the 2015 Irish Rugby World Cup jerseys.
Also starring in the funny spoof is Father Ted and Savage Eye actor Patrick McDonnell as the rugby players arch nemesis.
Other famous sporting faces in the clip include Tipperary All Star Hurlers Séamus Callanan and Patrick Bonner Maher, as the overzealous police detectives.
Launching their new competition, Elvery’s teamed up with the sport stars to announce anyone who purchases an Ireland rugby jersey in-store or online is entered into the Ultimate Fan Experience.
