WATCH: Conor McGregor knocks out Eddie Alvarez in EPIC fight

The Crumlin native has made history at UFC 205

Conor McGregor has knocked out Eddie Alvarez and made history in an epic fight at UFC 205.

The Crumlin native took on the American and has become the first UFC fighter to hold two championship titles for two different weight classes simultaneously – he is the lightweight and featherweight champion.

With just four punches, the 28-year-old knocked out Eddie in the second round.

In just 3 minutes and 4 seconds, Eddie was on the ground as the referee told Conor he had won.

“Where the f*** is my second belt?” he said as the crowd erupted in cheers and Irish chants in Madison Square Garden.

Conor was asked as he was waiting for his second belt if he was surprised by the outcome of the match – but of course, he was as confident as ever.

“Not one bit. They’re not on my level. You’ve got to have the attribute,” he said.
