They’re enjoying a well deserved break in Cornwall at the moment and Ronan and Storm Keating are making the most of it.
The couple have been sharing snaps from their idyllic getaway, as they enjoy a romantic break with just Aussie their dog for company as Ronan’s three children are currently on holiday in Los Angeles with their mother, Yvonne Connolly.
And in a new interview, Storm revealed exactly how Ronan made his proposal a family affair by getting Jack, 17, Missy, 15 and Ali, 10, involved.
She told Beauticate.com: “The kids proposed with Ronan. They were pretty excited about it…
“They hatched up the plan to propose to me – we were on the West Coast of Ireland for Easter break and they built a bonfire outside in the grass and had music going. We were all just hanging out and dancing around with Ro’s brother and his family.
“Before I knew it, Ronan then got down on one knee and the kids were on either side of him, and they all asked together, ‘Will you marry us?’ It was such a beautiful moment. My brother was also visiting at the time, which made it extra special. Everyone knew what was going to happen, except for me.”
TV producer Storm also revealed she decided to take time out from her career in order to focus on Ronan and the children and despite being highly ambitious, she doesn’t regret it for a minute.
She said: “When I first moved to London, I went onto the Voice UK, producing and directing. I would never see the kids and Ronan, and it got to the point where I would start feeling guilty.
“I promised myself and Ronan that I would take at least a year off from television to create a secure home for the kids and look for ways to redirect my career to more project based opportunities.”
