Catwalk queen Roz Purcell has brought her social media followers behind-the-scenes of her debut cookbook covershoot.
Taking to her Instagram, the brunette beauty shared a glimpse of what recipes to expect from her book which will be released later this year.

Wearing a powder blue jumper for the shoot, the Tipperary native showcased her mouth watering pancakes with summer fruits.
Putting the finishing touches on her book, the former Miss Universe Ireland’s offering will be on shelves just in time for Christmas.
Recently, the 24-year-old revealed she’s gone back to college to study nutritional therapy.
