The model turned singer has been dating Bath rugby player Dominic Day and now the pair are set to flaunt their relationship with an intimate spread in the glossy magazine.
According to the Sunday Independent the couple are gearing up for the shoot now.
It comes after Nadia brought the rugby star to Dublin earlier this month.
