Michelle Regazzoli has opened up about being in shock following her sister Selina’s attack.
The makeup artist cancelled her masterclass at Blanchardstown Centre for International Women’s Day after she heard the news.
Michelle’s younger sister Selina is an influencer in her own right and suffered a horrific and terrifying attack in Cork City.
Talking to her 173k followers, a distraught Michelle fought back tears as she revealed she would be spending the night in Cork with Selina ahead of her operation.
Selina was set to have plates inserted into her ankles after the damage that was caused to her in the attack, however, it was postponed due to swelling.
Michelle captioned the video: “SO LADS I’M CANCELING TOMORROWS MASTERCLASS TO BE WITH MY FAMILY.”

Michelle took to Instagram again today to update her followers on how she and her family have been doing since the incident.
She spoke to the camera and said: “I’ve been in a bit of a daze all weekend, I mean when you see your family member who I’m particularly close to, go through something at the hands of somebody else- It’s kind of a bit life-changing unfortunately.”
“I am jumping on to thank each and every one of you for getting in touch, the well-wishes, they have literally come from far and wide.”
“I am so unbelievably grateful, as is Selina and my family for the support.”
“I mean it has literally come from far and wide, particularly Cork people, people are apologising saying ‘I’m sorry that it happened in our city’.”
“Lads, it could have happened absolutely anywhere.”
“It’s just been an absolute whirlwind of emotions and exhaustion and unfortunately it’s just going to be just such a long road for Selina.”
“She had a little cry this morning, her independence is gone and the simple thing of going driving for a coffee before work or even going to work is just going to be, I dunno, such a long road,” she continued.
“We’re all exhausted, we are all really bloody sad but your messages and kindness lads, you’ll never understand what they mean to us.”
“You’ll always question did you do the right thing by sharing things online but for every one negative there are 100 positive, that’s what you have to focus on in life or else you wouldn’t get through it,” Michelle concluded.
