Local London shopkeepers claim Jonathan Rhys Meyers has been on a bender for the last month and they are now refusing to serve him.
The Irish actor was spotted drinking and looking worse for wear on the streets on Sunday as fears grow for his well-being.
Off-licence owners in the area have now stopped serving the star with one shopkeeper revealing Jonathan was often so drunk he had no idea what he was doing.

“He has been coming here quite regularly, for about six or seven years. But about three or four weeks ago we stopped serving him,” Muhammad Ejaz manager of a Londis store said.
“He wasn’t in a good way. He was already drunk when he came. We haven’t seen him in a long time, we used to see him around a lot.”
“But these days he’s not in good shape. I just told the staff to stop serving him,” he told The Star.

Another off licence worker in the area admitted that the Tudors star regularly comes in drunk.
“When he’s sober he comes in here a lot. But in the past three or four weeks he has been properly drunk,” they said.
“When he’s like that I refuse to serve him. I do it for his own good. But he just goes to another off-licence to get served.”
It comes after boxer Kenny Egan sent his well wishes to the troubled actor on social media.
